For the past of many years, shock wave generated by sound bombs has been in use in our country's oil well fluid level test, which uses piezoelectric sensors to receive signals. host computer is linked for the test. The disadvantages of this pattern are the use of bullets, security risks of transportation, and high test costs. Further more, heat shock and gunpowder residues can erode apparatus, and the lower sensitivity of piezoelectric sensors could not test some liquid face.Basing on the advanced logging technology abroad, considering the oil equipment situation of our country, Significant improvement has been made in the fluid level test, which include studying the sound way of electronic source, defining frequency and wave intensity of electronic sound. By analysis of reflection wave, feature position of day hoop-wave and surface wave are found, frequency-domain analysis program is developed, fluid level depth and speed of sound are calculated. Automatic Identification of various frequencies has been realized. Continuous on-line measurement method to make sure the magnification of measurement signal and the way of testing data wireless transmission technology to identify the wireless transmission range, scope and degree of interference are studied.For electronic sound source, and the supporting high sensitivity acoustic sensors are applied, the instrument's overall performance has been improved significantly, forming the fundamental solution to the traditional testing methods exists in a series of questions. The key techniquees are:(1) Electronic sound of shells take the place of voice audible devices. Capacitive electronic sound source is applied in the new audible signal devices, completely solved the shortcomings in audible sound of shells.(2) Continuous on-line measurement of fluid level. Audible sound of the electronic device which can be repeated, the continuous real-time measurement of fluid level is realized.(3)Wireless data transmission Bluetooth wireless signal transmission is applied, to achieve long-distance operations, send and receive commands.(4) Test results can be analyzed automatically. Test results without human intervention, automatically derived from the analysis of liquid depth.
