Nanometer TiO2 is an emerging photocatalyst,in light irradiation,This photoinduced electrons and holes have a strong redox redox ability,it can resolve any substance around it,it has broad-spectrum bactericidal performance. In recent years, photocatalytic materials have a rapid development in environmental protection,health and other applications.This paper introduces the nano-TiO2 the basic principles of photocatalytic and applies the current antimicrobial agents and how to improve the photocatalytic properties of nano-TiO2.After selects two starting point to try to improve the photocatalytic properties of nano-TiO2,that are dopeing Fe3+ to Nano-Ag TiO2 Photocatalytic performance improvement and dopeing Ce+ on titanium dioxide photocatalytic properties of thin films are discussed.1.In the Doping experiments study,first,According to doping Ag+ TiO2 on photocatalytic sterilization membrane nanometer production process analysis. Initially obtained the optimal technical parameters:mol ratio of sol preparation rate is tetrabutyl titanate:ethanol:water= 1:10:1,adding diethanolamine to 5ml;pulling membrane,the pulling speed of 4cm/m, baking temperature is 500℃,baking time was 1h.In determining the basis of the basic process parameters,Investigated films photocatalytic properties.In the fluorescent light irradiation,optimal doping amounts for Ag+/TiO2 and Fe3+/TiO2 are 0.05%,0.1%,respectively.The co-doping of them shows a good photocatalytic effect in the fluorescent light irradiation.And co-doping have a good ability of photocatalytic decomposition ability.the as-prepared particles had content of anatase phase.By Uv-Vis, we can see co-doping in the visible area has a good absorption properties.Fe3+ doping expand the scope of the absorption of TiO2 and Ag+ effectively curbs the photo-generated electron hole recombination,All this make films photocatalytic ability enhance.2.In the dopeing Cesium experiment study,find dopeing Ce+TiO2 nanometer thin films,the best doping amount of 3%o,the UV-Vis,XRD characterization of nano-TiO2 thin films showed that:dopeing Ce+ TiO2 thin films made UV-Vis light absorption increase,inhibit the anatase TiO2 changes to the rutile TiO2,and makes the absorption edge of TiO2 thin films the red shift.It is found that doping with the doping elements compared single photocatalytic performance is significantly improved,Co-doped relative to the single-doped with superior performance,this is further research direction.doping Ce+ also has a high photocatalytic properties which is always overlooked.Contrary to the unexpected, whether there are other researchers neglected ion,also has a strong photocatalytic properties of nano TiO2 capacity,which is worth further study.
