Genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship among 24 varieties of Morusalba in Heilongjiang Province was analyzed by Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD), and the traditional morphology classify was studied also.The thesis selected 4 effectives primer from 50 random primers produced by Shanghai Sangon Company in RAPD analysis. We got the stable fingerprints of the 25 varieties genome DNA, by using these selected primers in RAPD analysis. We found 275 bands, and the special takes 95.13% of the total, it shows abundant genetic polymorphism information. The single primer obeained bands amang 2 to 5, the genetic semblable index changes from 0.091 to 0.953, the genetic distance index change from 0.047 to 0.909. Comparing all the 24 samples, the largest genetic resemblance is found between two groups, that is dumeng2 and dumeng3, Ningan 1 and Ningan3, but the least between dumeng3 and Ninan 3.In traditional morphological taxonomy,6 series of wild Morusalba of Heilongjiang Province were concluded by comparison and analysis of 5 properties of Folium Mori, the result of Genetic diversity coincides with the RAPD's.
