Compare with practical application, the development of the signal process and the signal explanation is dilatoriness relatively.however, the the development of the signal process and the signal explanation for Ground penetrating radar has decided the effectiveness in the practical application of Ground penetrating radar, moreover, this problem has becoming a barrier in the way of the development of Ground penetrating radar practical application. So we have to speed up the development of the signal process and the signal explanation for Ground penetrating radar imperatively.At the moment, the underground medium is judged by the original section of GPR, but it is not always working for any situations, like weak signals or interfered signals, we cannot read the abnormal information just by the original section. So the foundation for explanation of GPR is very singularity judged by the original section. Firstly, the paper has dexcribed the Empirical Mode decomposition, which has a character of high pass filtration, we can use it to depart the part of high frequency and the part of low frequency, and than we get the deep and clear weak signal. At the same time, we use it to depart the interfered signal for the sake of verify the adaptability of EMD for interfered signal. Secondly, because of the instantaneous informations could reflect messages of anomalous body in different degrees, we could obtain these by Hilbert transformation. Finally, combination of Empirical Mode Decomposition to handle the signals which contain noises, and make the abnormal information, in the signal, reflected clearly.Finally, make some experiments for the methods, which mentioned in above depiction.Through the conceptual model and practical model have approved the availability of the methods and have acquired the predictive goal.Finally, the author have composed the programme according to the algorithm which is metioned in upside.
