Bimaterial interface crack include the nature of the single material crack [1 ?1 1,36]. As a combination material, composite material's damage is usually from the interface or near the first place. Thus, the analysis of composite material interface crack stress fields in the material or combination of structural strength and reliability evaluation of life has important significance.The study of isotropic bimaterial interface crack of stress fields has made and some important research is obtained, such as I and II crack tip of strss with r-1/2+iεthe oscillatory singularity, III crack tip of stress still having r-1/2singularity of the conclusions without oscillation . In the references [ 49? 55], in the case of supposing singular indexλk =?1 /2 +εk (k = 1,2), the semi-infinite orthotropic bimaterial interface crack tip stress field and displacement field are derived by solving a generalized re-harmonic equation boundary value problem.But orthotropic bimaterial interface crack of non-principal direction of elasticity in this area has been less seen.The study of double dissimilar orthotropic composite material in non-principal directions of elasticity interfacial crack problem was made by using stress and strain of non-parallel axis principal directions of elasticity, transformation formulas in this paper. When characteristic equations'discriminations are less than zero, by using composite complex functions methods of material fracture and analysis of orthotropic bimaterial interface crack of stress field, the theoretical formula of the stress field and displacement near crack tip were obtained with both cases which are A and B in the x axis and not the x axis of interface crack, their influence on the stress field are investigated. These theoretical results provide a theoretical guidance for project design, but also various types of composite materials, functional materials, advanced materials industry in the design and performance optimization of the design of anti-fracture has an important significance.
