There are three scenarios of climate change theory—The Expected Climate Change Scenario, The Severe Climate Change Scenario and The Catastrophic Climate Change Scenario. The Expected Climate Change Scenario describes the pictures of global climate change from 1990 to 2040 between, with a global warming of 1.3℃and a lot of security implications. The Severe Climate Change Scenario is also used to describe the pictures of global climate change from 1990 to 2040. In this scenario, the magnitude of global warming is 2.6℃, national security threats will experience an overall multiplication and even some of the unexpected changes in the first scenario will begin to emerge. The Catastrophic Climate Change Scenario describes the pictures of global climate change from 1990 to 2100 with a global temperature increment of 5.6℃. Under this scenario, the security implications of climate change will exceed the limit which human society can bear, and to survive will be the major work of this time range. The security implications of climate change mainly include the tensions of North-South relations, immigration problems, health problems, water safety problems, nuclear safety problems, social and political structure problems, challenges to government and international political pattern problems. These implications take on features of chaining initiation mechanism, irreversibility, extensiveness and enormous destruction, asymmetry, deterioration. Climate change is geopolitical problem which has been gaining attention of many countries. Climate negotiations have made some achievements, but it is quite difficult to achieve further compromise.
