Indium content is only 1/10000000 in the crust, there is few of single-deposit, Indium is recoveried as by-product of metal smelting which is mainly in the zinc minerals zinc minerals lead minerals tin minerals so on. In recent years, the use of indium is rise but producing materials raw materials is decrease.so improving the production process and improving the recovery rate of indium is significance,At present there are already a great deal of research about that at home and abroad.This paper study conditions and technology of indium and zinc wet recovery from indium sulphide concentrate,which place of a region of Nandan Guangxi province.respectively testing research on oxidation acid leaching of zinc indium under atmospheric and oxide acid leaching of zinc indium at pressure. this paper contains four-parts following.1. The test research and the conclusions about oxidation acid leaching of zinc indium under atmospheric.Experimental under atmospheric studied the effect of acid,pressure, solid-liquid ratio, dosage of oxidizer,temperature, leaching time on leaching percent of zinc indium.receiveding the best technological conditions through experiment. base on the best technological conditions,doing comprehensive experiment and circuit experiment.It Shows that controlling right technological conditions:acid is150 g/L, solid-liquid ratio is 6:1, the additive is O.lg of concentrates is 100g, the ratio of manganes mineraland indium sulfide ore concentrate is1.25:1, the temperature is 90centigrade, leaching time is 4 hours. Leaching percent of indium is up to 94% and leaching percent of indium of zinc is up to 95%.2. The test research and the conclusions about oxide acid leaching at pressureTesting at pressur studied the effect of acid, pressure and time on leaching percent of zinc indium.receiveding the best technological conditions through experiment,base on the best technological conditions,doing comprehensive experiment, the test results that to control righ technological conditions:Concentrate size is-0.037 mm, temperature is150 centigrade, the total pressure is 1.0 MPa tol.2MPa, additives is 0.2g of concentrate is 100g, mixing the speed is 750 times per min, solid-liquid ratio is 5.5:1, sulfuric acid is 85g/L, leaching time is 1.5 hours, leaching percent of Zinc is up to 98% and extracting percent of indium is up to 89%.3. Theoretical analyses This paper theoretical study wet leaching of indium sulphide ore, calculated the potential and pH value of In-H2O line under 100 centigrade and 50 centigrade, drewd (?)-pH diagram.we are maybe find out the potential and pH value of indium extracted from this map. the purpose is theory to guide practice.4. ConclusionThrough researching on technology of the wet leaching of indium, zinc from indium concentrate and theoretical analysising, this paper shows that advantage of the process is reduce roasting process, collecting gas,acid,neutral leaching,treating leaching slag process and so on in the traditional method of recycling indium. The process is short, equipment investment, lower production costs, less fuel consumption, pollution-free SO2 gas which is a kind of economic and environment-friendly technology line.
