Southwest Of Civil Aviation Security Management Features And Analysis System

Safety is the fundamental work of civil aviation, which is the core issue of sustained and steady development of civil aviation. The work of civil aviation system policy is always "Safety first, prevention, comprehensive treatment". Southwest China has more mountains, plateau route, plateau airports. The climate is complex and operating environment is poor there, so it has higher risk to air operations. With the deepening development of the west, Southwest China civil aviation gets unprecedented development, therefore, the study on the safe operation and safety management for Southwest China is particularly important.This paper gets the characteristics of the civil aviation industry in Southwest China through studying on the operating material of civil aviation which collected from safety information, operating of civil aviation, and basic background of civil aviation of Southwest China. Therefore, the paper using methods with Grey and Bayesian networks analyzed the past 10 years southwest civil aviation accident and incident on the incentive accidents and incidents were sorted by analyzed basic theory and application of safety management and accident analysis theory. This study helps managers make scientific decisions, it is the important feature of Southwest' aviation safety management, aviation safety recommendations and proposed measures to Provide a reference for the Southwest civil safety management practices and maintain continued healthy development of Southwest civil aviation.In the programming aspects, the Southwest Aviation Safety Management Analysis System based on database management access 2005 as well as on the plat of Visual C++ 6.0. It has made information security management, with more specific, more constructive, to achieve the system, prevention, continuous security management, greatly promoted the construction of Southwest Civil Aviation SMS (Safety Management System).
