Dcs concrete simulation system of research, mainly to solve the current restrictions the cement industry production engineering theory and practice of the cement industry training by various issues proposed. this is the concrete process of production system is mainly in the kiln of simulation system, modeling and simulation model to the garage, a multimedia technology to the application of three aspects made detailed study, the author's main job content : first, the introduction of new production method are doing the cement And its in deciding to cement kiln system for modeling and simulation object to that system is how to make a model. second, according to the cement kiln regong mechanism, the use of a simulation system, they have a good user interface, and is provided to illustrate just adopted the man-machine interactions and to all kinds of faults in settings, and training. have a nissan 2000 tons of cement down the furnace kiln out of the system to deal with computer breakdown by teachers on the control in Line of failure, the students through the data on the operation stops or displayed data for troubleshooting, and tried to set. technical high and new technological processes are doing in the technical basis, the dcs control system structure, use industrial automation, most of the latest technologies, techniques comprehensive show, the less and the results. the establishment of a good model of the practical value, will meet a simulated systems modeling actual requirements. for the dcs Simulation system of research has laid a good theoretical basis. third, in concrete production simulation software design process, we can put the production lines for more abstract system and an object and use each vrml language to accomplish these subsystems and 3d animation in the design and structure, they come from the first concrete production levels of simulation model library. It is based for the research of Simulation Training System。Thirdly, In this paper, the modular modeling technique based on hierarchical method is utilized to research the cement producing process computer simulation. Complying with the modular dividing principle, we divide cement producing system into some certain subsystems and objects. Then, VRML language is employed to construct the three-dimensional animation of the objects and submodels which form the primary simulation model library. Building the more complex models with hierarchical method and adding them into model library, we realize the dynamic increasing process of the simulation model library. At last, we discuss the structure of the model library which has the tree type construction and accounts for the reorganization and the flexibility of the model library.Fourthly ,In order to make the Simulation Training System realer, the author collected a lot of literatures, and selected excellent pictures ,and then lie out lovely with alternation multimedia technology'FLASH tool.
