The carbon dioxide is one of the main greenhouse gases, while the dimethyl ether (DME) is an important organic chemical product. With the development of industry, the contents of carbon dioxide have increased gradually in atmosphere, which greatly exacerbated the deterioration of the living environment of mankind. Making dimethyl ether (DME) from carbon dioxide and hydrogen is an important approach of the carbon dioxide using. The synthesis of dimethyl ether (DME) from carbon dioxide hydrogenation mainly including that carbon dioxide hydrogenation composing with methanol, methanol dehydration generating to DME, and the against of the coal gas shifts reaction of the carbon dioxide and the hydrogen.In this thesis, we use SCTM-98 and XNC-602(the main composition are CuO-ZnO-Ar2O3)as the methanol synthesis catalyst, and the HZSM-5 with different ratio of Al/Si (25,38,50) as the methanol dehydration catalyst. We prepared a series of catalysts by mechanical mixing of different mass ratio of the two catalysts. Carbon dioxide hydrogenation slurry fluid state bed one footwork combining DME a series of compound catalyst be made from this two kinds of catalysts mainly originally machinery commixture. And superior or inferior rank having studied two kinds (methanol synthesis catalyst) SCTM-98 and XNC-602 in slurry fluid state bed, and superior or inferior rank that sial and aluminium ratio is compared of HZSM-5 molecular sieve (methanol dehydration catalyst). The results showed that methanol synthesis catalyst SCTM-98 have a good activity; the dehydration capability of Al/Si 38 ratio of HZSM-5 is nicer. Indicated, at the same time has studied that two excellent kinds of catalysts different ratio to the influence catalyzed capability of compound catalyst. The research showed that the good catalyst is the ratio 2:1; it can under more proper the temperature and pressure gain higher CO2 conversion rate, high selectivity of DME and collect rates.In addition, this thesis also studied different temperature, pressure, space velocity and hydrogen carbon ratio of reaction conditions on reaction performance of catalysts, and have gained the discipline of CO2 conversion rate and methanol and DME selectivity in the carbon dioxide hydrogenation at different conditions. Initially set the best reaction conditions.That the temperature is 260℃, pressure is 3.0MPa, space velocity is 2400h-1 and the ratio of hydrogen to carbon is 3:1. We also get the conversion rate of carbon dioxide is 36.6%, The selectivity of dimethyl ether is 38.4%, and the selectivity of methanol is 48.5%. These studies are very valuable.
