The Study, Based On 3d Visualization Of Complex Mine Ventilation System

Three-dimensional visualization technology is an important part of digital mine technology, the calculation and optimization of mine ventilation network is one of the hottest issues of digital mine infrastructure in China.For more complex features of the mine ventilation systems and in the support of the 3DM 3D mining software, this paper which combines the actual ventilation company research topics is studying on complex mine ventilation system design which is supported on three-dimensional visualization platform from the perspective of software applications and is modeling three-dimensional graphics for large-scale, multi-system middle underground mines.In this paper, with a self-compiled secondary development computer program, we have solved the automatically converts of data structures of two different software. Also, we have realized the construction and ventilation of the middle of the complex mine ventilation network. And we give a new technology route to the studying for mine ventilation systems.Also, we have conduced a comprehensive analysis and comparison for complex and multi-district mine ventilation systems and designed several composite scenario for ventilation systems through the analysis of the wind, air resistance and the curve distribution of pressure dropUsing the Grey Relation Projection Method of the multi-objective decision, we do objective analysis optimization of every possible scheme with a index set including wind pressure, equivalent orifice, feature ventilation airflow, air-year electricity purchase costs, fan acquisition expenses. Our result is in keeping with the final scheme which determined by experience.We have designed the description and drawing method for ventilation systems under three-dimensional environment.The three-dimensional visualization of the calculation results of mine ventilation systems refers to computer graphics, roadway engineering, graph theory in computer applications, engineering fluid mechanics, mine ventilation network solution, and so on. Based on 3DMine mining software modeling platform,3DMine secondary development of technology, Combination of its own mine ventilation network solution software, So that the two software to maximize the advantages for the study of mine ventilation network visualization to provide a solution.
