With the development of industry, main part of the zinc discharged which is from human beings is already becoming an environment contaminates major source. Not only this have destroyed the ecosystem stability, but also beneficiate after food chain, health has grave threat on human being.A zinc-resistant bacterium was screened out from Zinc mine and classified as Pseudomonas aerations by 16S rDNA gene sequences. Influence of maximum concentration of Zn2+,temperature,pH value on the strain was researched. It is concluded that the maximum concentration of Zn2+ was 14mmol/L and the optimum adsorptive condition:low concentration of Zn2+,36℃(temp) and 6.6(pH). Pseudomonas aerations whose zinc resistance gene is located in a chromosome are one of the most common soil bacterium existing in the nature world. Resistance level to the ion of heavy metal is also quite highly. The protein which is coded by resisting zinc gene is quite similar with the protein which is coded by the middle czc gene of the R.eutropha. The experiment has cloned czc gene and try to transduct it into Ecoli TOP 10 in order to test its function, looking forward to being able to pave the way for plant solving environmental pollution smoothly.
