Perfection Of The Theory Of Environmental Disputes Administrative Handling Mechanism

The rapid development of global economy, not only brought the humans a better life, also brings a new type of disaster.Now the global environmental conditions worsen sharply, the secondary environment problem increasingly fierce, the environmental disputes emerge, causing environmental dispute settlement mechanism is facing newchallenges.Therefore, countries not only to judicial system reforming, still actively developing litigation outside environment dispute resolution mechanisms, the environmental disputes administrative processing mechanism is the most concerned.China has formed a complete environmental legal system in the past years.And now our country's environment dispute resolution mechanism is almost same as other countries, but not perfect.According to the environmental protection law , the relevant provisions of the administrative environmental dispute includes administrative mediation and administrative ruling.But only the administrative mediation administrative commonly used ,lt is a big disadvantage.So,we should reform the the environmental disputes administrative processing mechanism. This article is divided into four parts.First, we analysed the administrative processing mechanism. Secondly, expounds the current environmental disputes in China,and analyse the environmental disputes administrative processing mechanism at home and abroad.Again, discusses the meaning to the overall social development of perfecting this mechanism.Finally, we discussed some related suggestions to perfect this mechanism.
