7-ACA is the key intermediate of semi-synthetic cephalosporin antibiotics, which plays an important role in the pharmaceutical industry. With the increasing demand for 7-ACA, the enterprises increase the production, which causes the increase of wastewater. The Waste liquid contains large amounts of organic matter, which have a certain amount of a-Aminoadipic acid. So we study on the extraction process of a-aminoadipic acid in the 7-ACA effluent. Through the extraction of a-Aminoadipic acid, we not only can improve the technology of green production, but also we can improve the reuse of rhe waste and the efficiencies of enterprise. For the purpose of resource recovery, We devise the process of disposing effluent of 7-ACA, and we realise the recycle of a-Aminoadipic acid. It cantain detection of the 7-ACA effluent, the pretreatment of the effluent in this project, and we use the Resin Adsorption and soelectric precipitation to separate a-Aminoadipic acid. The main work is detecting the components of 7-ACA production wastewater, pretreating the waste, and separating amino adipic acid by the resin adsorption and isoelectric precipitation. We have determined the optimal conditions of treating waste, researched the effects of pH, temperature and velocity of flow in the Resin adsorption, and obtained the optimal conditions of the isoelectric precipitation. Ultimately the experimental program was determined about theα-amino adipic acid extraction from the 7-ACA production wastewater.
