1: Diaryl ethers are an important class of organic compounds, they have important applications in the polymer, the life science, pesticide, medicine, health, and other fields. Therefore, further study on the new synthetic methods, the synthesis of the new compounds has important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, five substituted (unsubstituted)-4′-nitrodiphenyl ethers were synthesized by the aromatic nucleophilic substitution reaction of 1-chloro-4-nitrobenzene with different phenoxides using melting method. Their structures were characterized by IR and 1HNMR. This method has the advantages of simple operation, short reaction time, easy purification, less by-products, higher yield and green synthesis. 2: 2, 5-disubstituted-1, 3, 4-thiadiazoles and diaryl ethers, have various biological activity and high application value, Whether in medicine, pesticide, etc. In order to find with high and low toxicity and application prospect of the drug. In this paper, the synthesis of their own 4-methylphenyl-4′-nitrophenyl ether(1a) and 4-methylphenyl-2′, 4′-dinitrophenyl ether(1b) as the material synthesis 2 new 2-phenyl-5-amino-1, 3, 4-thiadiazole(s4a~4b).Then mixed the new 2-phenyl-5-amino-1, 3, 4-thiadiazoles(4a~4b)with a variety of aryl chloride synthesis 12 new 2, 5-disubstituted-1, 3, 4-thiadiazoles by oxidation and cyclization. And use IR and 1H NMR characterize these compounds.The target compounds in pesticides and has greater prospects.
