Energy is the prerequisite of human civilization and the important material base of economic growth and social development. Ethanol which produced by fermentation method as a kind of renewable energy, has attracted the world's attention, alleviated the shortage of petroleum resources and reduced the dependence on foreign oil. The traditional ethanol fermentation industry mainly uses corn and wheat starch grains and sugarcane juice as raw material, but it costs 40% of the total cost. Fuel ethanol which produced of sugar crops hasn't a large-scale promotion in China because of the limited land resources and raw material costs. Fiber raw material is the most abundant and the most cheap renewable resources. Using appropriate technology can hydrolysis it into fermentable sugars and then convert into fuel ethanol, which would change the traditional mode of production, but also is a kind of effective method to reduce the environment pollution. This method can avoid atmospheric pollution and ecological environment destruction from large straw burned in the fields, alleviate the energy crisis, it has a very important significance in China's economic and social sustainable development.Hydrolysis of lignocellulosic corn stover is the key step in the procedure. Lignocellulosic is tight reticulate structure composed by cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. Cellulose is a high molecular polymer connected byβ-1,4 glycosidic bond. Crystal cellulose has strong resistance for hydrolysis; lignin is also favorable for hydrolysis and could product poison for subsequent ferment. So the main job is to open the crystal structure of cellulose and get rid of lignin.Diluted acid hydrolysis is the usual way of cellulose hydrolysis. It has a high hydrolysis rate, and it could be a economic method. In this paper, the best dilute sulphuric acid hydrolisis conditions has determined through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, that is Hydrolysis by 3% H2SO4 at 110℃for 1.5h,solid-liquid ratio of 1:10. Based on these conditions, the organic acid or the metal salt ion was added to enhance the dilute sulphuric acid hydrolisis effect, the experimental study indicated that Some metal salt ions and organic acids have a certain catalytic effect on the hydrolysis, reducing sugar yield increased to 6.7%, Some metal salt ions have certain inhibitory effect on the hydrolysis. Using activated carbon, organic solvent extraction, evaporation, in-situ detox ification, over-alkalization treatment detoxification methods to improve the system of mixed fermentation yield of ethanol. we separated a mold which has a degradation of cellulose from moldy corn straw, cultivating to produce cellulose enzyme. We examined the growth of mold and it's cellulase enzyme production performance.
