The proposes craft of extracting vanadium from bone coal is relatively quite mature in our country, but existence the high cost,serious pollution,low recovery and limited scale, the promotion is limited. Therefore seeks the new craft with short flow,large-scale,the low cost,the low pollution which raise the recovery of extracting the vanadium and the residual comprehensive utilization universality to use in the bone coal, it will be the future development direction in new technology of raising the vanadium in bone coal. Developming the new craft's has the important significance in raising the availability of resources and reduced pollution.The paper mainly study two stages of the roasting and leaching, also study conversion rate and the leaching rate factor of the vanadium in the roasting and the leaching stage. The primary factors with influencing vanadium conversion rate in roasting stage including:the roasting temperature, the roasting time, the organic matter, the granularity of ore sample and so on, and study the dynamics process and thermodynamics process which include low price vanadium transformed to the for the high price vanadium.The primary factors with influencing the leaching stage including:Sulfuric acid amount used,the leaching temperature, the extraction time and the amount of Auxiliary medicament in leaching, has carried thoroughly on the process dynamics process and thermodynamics process in leaching.The bone coal includes the vanadium pesticide 0.66%, silica 69.21%,has used the blank roasting-acid leaching in view of this ore sample's characteristic. Determined the best roasting technological conditions are:milling denier 85 percent-200 screen mesh, the roasting temperature 800℃, the roasting time 1.5 hours, the roasting atmosphere is the oxygen. The best technological parameter in leaching stage is:the amount of sulfuric acid 1.2 t/t(焙砂),liquid-to-solid ratio3:1,the leaching temperature 80℃,the leaching time 8 hours.The total recovery of vanadium achieves 85% above.The removing of foreign matters and purification for leaching liquid can be achieved by processes like follow-up extraction;the leaching residue can be used as gesso to bring resources into full play in a reasonable way. According to thermomechanical analysis in basis theoretical research, it is said that vanadium of quadrivalence and trivalence coexist in leach liquor and the influence factor of the leaching process can be worked out based on correlation kinetic equation. It is required to cut down grain size in the leaching process and raise leaching temperature properly in order to speed up the velocity of leaching reaction.This craft's of the bone coal undress ore not to need to carry on the sodium roasting, directly need blank oxidizing roasting-sulfuric acid leaching. This craft vanadium's recovery is high, it will not generate harmful gases and smoke but strengthen the recovery of vanadium in the whole leaching process;The unmelted residue left is leached can be directly utilized, resulting in higher utilization in resources but smaller environmental pollution; it needs fewer facility input, but it is easier to handle at the same time.
