As scattered metal,germanium its unique and excellent physical and chemical properties is widely used in high-tech fields.At present,germanium mainly from the recovery of zinc smelting industry,but long-term production practice shows that the conventional zinc smelting process,the long process of recovery of germanium,the low recovery rate,and greater pollution of the environment.In order to improve the recovery rate of germanium,reduce environmental pollution in germanium recycling process,and promote the long-term health of germanium metallurgical development,so research and development of new metallurgical processes germanium is great significance.Germanium-rich zinc sulphide concentrate mainly zinc concentrate and associated with divalent metal germanium,the grade of 110g/t around.Against this mine, this paper we studied the technology of pressure leaching to deal with germanium-rich zinc sulfide and extraction of germanium from leaching liquid in order to resolve all kinds of raw materials and zinc residue of the convergence process, put an end to the stockpiling acid residue to improve zinc, germanium yield straight.It refer to the basis of the large number of zinc sulfide ore extraction and refining germanium technology, analysis the domestic and foreign extraction and refining of germanium recovery of germanium research, as well as germanium-rich zinc sulfide concentrate pressure leaching process on the basis of thermodynamics and kinetics. As well as the theoretical basis of Germanium extraction process.,We have do pressure experiment on Germanium-rich zinc sulphide, small-scale extraction and extend the pilot and test pilot study.leaching temperature:150℃,oxygen pressure 1.2MPa,granularity 45μm,mola r ratio of acid to zinc of 1.5,leaching time 120min. Zinc leaching rate of more than 99%,germanium leaching rate of more than 90%. With the condition of eliminating silicon by neutralizing such as temperature 90℃,adding gelatin 300g/L,and agglutinating for 1 hour,the effect fits into extracting.Choose a named Chelate-extractant 7815, Additives as T, Kerosene for the diluent.Identified in the extract from the extraction recovery of germanium technology the best is Organic phase 25%+T5%+70% Sulfonated kerosene, Aqueous and organic phase volume ratio 5:1,germanium extraction rate is 97%. Extractant selective is better and no zinc extraction, Zinc achieved-the complete separation of germanium. Stripping agent is 3mol/L NaOH, aqueous and organic phase volume ratio 3:1, Stripping rate is more than 99.4%.Through the method of extraction of germanium, there are a zinc sulphide concentrated from the Ge recovery in the new process。The experiments had proved that the new technology have high germanium extraction rate,and high extraction. The whole process of adaptation of Ge recycling which is environmentally, friendly, high recovery rate of germanium and expected to simplify the characteristics of germanium and replace the traditional process.
