Scraper Automatic Transmission Technology Applied Research

As a widely used engineering vehicle in underground mining, scraper's work in high-temperature; high humidity and strong vibration, these factors and complicated work situation and states brought heavy labour intensity. In the scraper's reality operation process, frequent shifting operation makes labour intesity even worse.For reducing the driver's labour intensity, and keeping driver out from the frequent gear shifting operation, automatic shift technology's engineering practice become essential. At the same time, as a part of unerground mining vehical's progress of intelligent level, automatic shift technology's engineering pratice become necessary. So, the application studies of automatic shift technology become important and stringency.This paper base on a diesel scraper's intelligent reconstruction project which comes from a scraper manufactory company. Keep focus on some application studies key points, which including the actualizing procedures of automatic shift function, the relationship between actual work condition and shift strategy, the evaluation criterion of shift quality. This paper finds some key factors and main origin reason which make influence on shift quality, and gives some improvements and limitation in system design, and makes some preliminary attemptations in actualizing procedures.
