With the rapid development of productivity, plenty of solid waste is ejected into environment. The phosphorus slag is a solid waste which is emitted in large quantities. And it is also a valuable renewable resource. From the present utilization of phosphorus slag,the phosphorus slag is being widely applied but the overall utilization is low. It is mainly used in cement and concrete industry, But not the most effective way, and can not reach the requirements of saving energy, reducing emission and saving resource.In this paper, the author introduced the research of producing the glass-ceramics of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system by direct sintering method,with phosphorus slag from a kunming phosphorus enterprise and waste glass as the main raw material,under adding the nucleating agent TiO2 and sintering agent ZnO, from recycling waste products and reducing the production cost to set out. DSC was used to ascertain the heat-treatment temperature system and XRD to characterize the phase composition.The major crystalline of the glass-ceramics (Phosphorus Slag:Waste glass45wt%:55 wt%) was wollastonite (Ca3Si3O9),the vice crystalline were anorthite (CaAl2Si2O8), It also contains a certain amount of P quartz (SiO2 between 870-1470℃in the stable phase) and a small amount of calcium aluminum stone (Ca12Al14O33). The major crystalline of the glass-ceramics (Phosphorus Slag:Waste glass 55wt%:45 wt%) was anorthite (CaAl2Si2O8),the vice crystalline were wollastonite (Ca3Si3O9), It also contains a certain amount of P quartz (SiO2 between 870~1470℃in the stable phase) and a small amount of calcium aluminum silicate (Ca-Al-Si-O).The effect of forming pressure, heat-treatment parameters and the content of the phosphorus slag in raw material was discussed.Along with the increase of the forming pressure, the properties of the glass-ceramics also changed. Through research, the pressure was changed between 100MPa and 140MPa. And along with the increase of the forming pressure, the performance of the glass-ceramics also was improved. It is faster to improve the performance of the glass-ceramics when the forming pressure increased from 100MPa to 120MPa than increasing from 120MPa to 140MPa. Taking all factors, we determined that the pressure was 120MPa. The optimal heat-treatment parameters in this paper are:nucleated at 790℃for 2h, then crystallized at 1080℃for 1.5h. The proper rate for heating is:5-10℃/min.On the base of glass-ceramics,The author introduced the research of producing the porous glass-ceramics by direct sintering,which is a three-step heat treatment,adding pore polyvinyl alcohol,Analyzing its optical topography and SEM morphology,emphasis the important function in permeability of porous glass-ceramics.Experiment results:The porous glass-ceramics is white, with good permeability properties,pore diameter of about 5 to 20 microns. We can control of the porous glass-ceramic hollow porous size and number,by adjust the pore size and volume percentage. Compared to other ceramics glass and natural stone,porous glass-ceramic with excellent mechanical properties, acid and alkali resistance, and density, etc.
