At present, most factories have adopted hydrometallurgy leaching of zinc-zinc electrolytic method to produce zinc product, its leaching residue often contain a certain amount of silver, as silver prices continue to increase, there is dealing with the heap leaching tailings dam in the slag on the appear profitable, especially to promote circular economy of today, for it becomes great significance to it. Due to the complex nature of slag, silver and mode of occurrence varied, there is a lot of recovery methods, with varying results. How do I find more reasonable and more economical, more efficient method of recycling processes has been a researcher working for.We have acted flotation process studies of silve to yunnan Luo low-grade nature of the complex of zinc leaching slag,hopefully through the process studies, and the zinc leaching residue acquired to deal with for such a reasonable process, to obtain a more ideal dressing targets for large-scale the development of this type of slag to provide theoretical and technical basis.By a large number of literature, combined with the current zinc leach residue flotation experiments and theory of industrial experience,and carrying out a large number of laboratory testing, research and analysis. Through the analysis of zinc leaching residue samples, the residue containing silver 140g/t is about 0.61% of copper, zinc and 24.23%, lead 2.14%, sulfur 7.43%; the silver in the leaching residue be in the form of more complex, there is a natural silver metal,sulfide objects,sulfate,chloride,oxides, mainly in the natural silver and silver sulfide-based accounting for about 60%, and the part of the silver was wrapped. By particle size analysis to know more than 90% of the silver metal concentration-0.074mm leaching residue into a fine level. By analyzing the chemical properties of silver and silver leaching residue and the nature of the material, to consider using sodium chloride,sodium sulfide and other pre-processing can improve the flotation index; Joining diethyldithiocarbamate and D-ammonium black drugs combination of agents to increase the silver flotation index. Combination medication system studies have shown that choices medication system has contributed to the improvement of silver recovery.Conducted a comparison of two closed flotation circuit to obtain a more satisfactory process.The leaching of zinc slag through the flowsheet of once rough flotation separation,two times concentration flotation separation,three times sweep,the concentrator grade has been achieved 1860-2060g/t, the recovery rate of about75.2-79% %, the copper of the residue be enriched, but a certain grade and recovery are not very high, the grade be only 7%, the recovery rate probably around 42.5%.One grinding conditions-0.074mm accounted for 90.72%, the crude selected to join cheaper about 60g/t sodium chloride, D-ammonium black drugs 400g/t and diethyldithiocarbamate to 75g/t, the first sweep by adding sodium sulfide 600g/t for activation, selecting an add 72g/t D-ammonium black drugs for collector to improve the quality of the concentrate and flotation index.This work has achieved some results, hoping for future similar silver recovery of zinc leaching residue to improve certain reference and guidance.
