Based on the theory of gas flow and storage in coal seams, taking roadway along coal seam as an object of research, according to mass conservation in multi-hole medium, combining Darcy's law, the Langmuir equation, the ideal gas state equation as well as the flow of gas equation of continuity, the methane flow equation in coal seam around a roadway can be established, builds the two-dimensional mobile coal seam gas dynamics model, and finite difference method can be applied to obtain the numerical solution of the above equations and the discretization equation can be derived from equation. Based on FORTRAN program language the computer simulation software was developed, and numerical results were attained, and the computer simulation on field of methane flow was implemented. The computer is applied to simulate the dynamic variation of gas pressure in coal seam around a developing roadway and gas emission rate on the airway surface. Finally, taking a kind of calculative method of forecast the gas emission amount under different driving speed moving driving face, and making use of the model forecast the gas emission amount of the Northern Wing Special Ventilation Roadway, the Sixth Mine, Hebi Coal Industry Group Corporation Limited, Henan Province. Through contrasting the date of reality and the simulation value find that the forecast method completely consistent with reality not only in the law gas emission, but also have higher forecast accuracy, more, have important use value for the developing roadway gas emission amount forecast having provided one kind effective method.
