The dispersant plays a very important role in the pesticide chemistry industry . Sulfonate carboxylate polymeric dispersant is a kind of important anion dispersant, which possess good dispersion, water-solubiity, fight hard water ability, is one of the commonly used pesticides dispersant.But it must be imported overseas, the reason is that the dispersant made by our country has many defects, such as poor yield, fewer spices and poor dispersion ability. To solve the problems mentioned above, we creatively did the preparation of Sulfonate carboxylate polymeric dispersants, studied the effect on dispersion of Atrazine , found that the dispersant has a good dispersion ability and Application prospects. The content and innovations of my research are as follows:1.Innovative use of simple materials synthesised sulfonates carboxylate polymeric dispersant, and found that the dispersant has good dispersion performance, the dispersant and other pesticides with surfactants used in the application of pesticide exposurer. The results showed that sulfonates carboxylate polymeric dispersant has certain in fields such as the pesticide application prospect.2.A series copolymeric dispersant of acrylic acid-styrene sulfonic sodium was synthesized with acrylic acid (AA),styrene sulfonic sodium (SSS) as monomers. The effect of the dispersant on dispersion of herbicide atrazine water dispersible granules (WDG) were studied. At the same time, SEM and laser diffraction particle size analyzer were applied to analyze the properties of suspensions. The experimental results showed that the copolymer had an excellent dispersion efficiency when the molar ratio of AA to SSS is 2:1,reaction temperature 70℃, 7.5% of the mass fraction of initiator in total monomers,4.5% of the mass fraction of assist-initiator in total monomers,react time 2 h, the suspension percentage of 70% atrazine WDG 98.78%, Thermal storage stability reached national standards. higher than the performance of Huntsman TERSPERSE@2700.2. A series copolymeric dispersant ofwas synthesized with polyoxyethylene ether, maleic anhydride (MA) and sodium sulfite (Na2SO3) as monomers. The experimental results showed that the copolymer had an excellent dispersion efficiency when the molar ratio of Polyoxyethylene ether to MA is1:1,and the mass of polyoxyethylene ether is 15g,m(Na2SO3) =7.5g,m(H3BO3)=2.5g reaction temperature 80℃, react time 2 h, the suspension percentage of 45% atrazine SC 93.04%.But thermal storage stability didn't reach national standards.
