In recent years, the surface quality of continuous casting more and more attention with the application and development of continuous casting technology,.At present, the slab surface cracks, pits and surface of the slab of oscillation marks as the most common quality defects, has become the bottleneck restricting the application of advanced technology. According to the statistics of these surface defects, including cracks in the surface of defects likely account for about 50%, vibration marks with the pits about 35%, and for this I think of the formation mechanism and control technology is of great significance.
