| The production system is the most important part of the mining activities, which is affected by many factors and determines the productive capacity of the mine directly. The purpose of this dissertation is to establish simulation model of the production systems, basing on this combine the economic analysis, through control input parameters to identify the reasonable working face length which under given equipment conditions and economic targets, examine the effective factors which constraint output under the length and will also examine the interaction between these factors. To the target, this dissertation use simulation tools and take Jincheng Coal Group Sihe mine 2307 working face as the research object, whose research has been optimized. According to the mine's and other mined working face's measured data, first optimize its mining process, and then through theoretical analysis and simulation test, give the important factors which affect an average daily output of the working face.Application of mathematical statistical methods, to identify changes in the length of the face-sensitive factors, through regression analysis, given the sensitive factors and the relationship between the working face. On this basis, the production systems under a variety of length of the simulation test and gives test results and yield regression formula, and in such conditions more reasonable length of the working face and for the optimization of the economic analysis. Base on the length of the orthogonal face trial on integrated optimization analysis, further optimization for the production system get the direction. |
