| Recently, people have more awareness of healthy environment and have growing demand of healthy food, while the phenomenon of excessive pesticide residues becoming more common and serious. The pesticide residues in environment and agricultural products have aroused governments and the public widespread concern and attention. At present, improve our analysis of pesticide residues become extremely important. This thesis took profenofos pesticide residues as the research object, studied the determination of it in water, soil and part of agricultural products. This thesis mainly included four aspects:1. A novel method for the determination of Profenofos in water by liquid-phase microextraction(LPME) coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)were established. Under the optimum conditions, the enrichment factors of the profenofos was about130,the detection limits was 2μg/L, the relative standard deviations (RSD) were between 2.7% and5.9%, the recoveries of added profenofos fe1l in the range from 86.7% to 99.6% .2. A novel method was developed for the determination of Profenofos in water by dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Under the optimum conditions, the enrichment factors of the profenofos was about 270,the detection limits was 9μg/L, the relative standard deviations (RSD) were between 1.4% and 6.1%, the recoveries of added profenofos fe1l in the range from 86.9% to 118% .3. A methods for determination of Profenofos in solid by matrix solid-phase dispersion extraction technology (MSPD)coupled with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) have been developed. The variable experimental conditions for matrix solid-phase dispersion extraction process were optimized. the actual soil samples was determinated, the detection limit was 0.06mg/kg; the recoveries of added profenofos fe1l in the range from 80.3% to 96.5%;the relative standard deviations (RSD) were between 1.0% and 4.9%. The results are satisfactory.4. A methods was developed for determination of Profenofos in agricultural products by matrix solid-phase dispersion extraction technology (MSPD)using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Under the optimum conditions,,the detection limits was0.11mg/kg, the relative standard deviations (RSD) were between 1.1% and4.6%, the recoveries of added profenofos fe1l in the range from76.7% to 106% . |
