In this paper,we studied ways of coagulant reclaimed from purified water's sludge,and the reclaimed coagulant was used into dyeing wastewater disposal.The latter is the stress.We took acidification together with ultrasound to reclaim the coagulant,the effects of ultrasound and acid to reclaim ratio were researched.When the reclaimed coagulant was used to dispose dyeing wastewater,we studied influence factors in this treatment process,such as the quantity of coagulant,pH of wastewater,mix intensity and time,deposition time and so on.We compaired the effect of the reclaimed coagulants to ferrous sulphate coagulant at last.The experiment results indicated:the reclaimed coagulant from purified water's sludge had better disposal effect to dyeing wastewater,in the best condition,the removal rate of turbid , chroma and COD could reach 88.0% , 88.2% and 66.7% separately.Compared to ferrous sulphate coagulant,the reclaimed coagulant had larger superiority in coagulate efficiency and economic benefit.Therefore,the process of reclaim coagulant from purified water's sludge has better economic benefit,it has preferable environmental benefit,too.
