In this paper, CdTe quantum dots, stabilized by Thioglycollic acid were synthesized by water-soluable approach, In addition, CdTe quantum dots with different colors and sizes have been acquired by changing reflux time and PH value of solution. The samples were characterized by UV-visible spectrum instrument and Fluoro- spectrophotometer, then in the optimistic condition, CdTe quantum dots were synthesized with good stability.Then, Polystyrene Colloidal Crystals Template (PS) have been formed by self-assembly of PS particles with vertical deposition method. The microstructure of surface and cross section of PS templates have been investigated by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). We also used maya 2000pro Fiber Optic Spectrometer to test the reflection of PS templates. The results showed that PS templates arranged in a highly ordered face-centered cubic (fcc) structure. The band gap positions of PS templates with different sizes were calculated by Bragg's law. CdTe infilled PS composite of three-dimensional ordered photonic structures were synthesized by the common growth of nanocrystalline method. Energy spectrum and SEM indicated that CdTe nanoparticles were infilled in the pore of PS templates. The sizes of PS,reflux times of CdTe solution,volume ratio of PS and CdTe were affect the Three-dimensional ordered macroporous structure.The optics properties of CdTe infilled PS composite of three-dimensional ordered photonic structures were analyzied by Fluoro-spectrophotometer. The size of PS were 386nm,0.5wt%, reflux time of CdTe solution was 2 h, the experimental results show that excitation wavelength,concentration of PS,reflux time of CdTe solution,volume ratio of PS and CdTe were all changed the luminescent properties. When the excitation wavelength was 240 nm,concentration of PS was 1.2 %,volume ratio of PS and CdTe was 3: 1, the fluorescence emission peak of PS/CdTe composite film compared with CdTe film of reflux 2 h, was about 40 nm red shift and the intensity of fluorescence emission intensity was about 2.5 times higher, The three-dimensional ordered structure of PS/CdTe composite film was consistent with Bragg's law.
