The type of 4-hmills is the most widely used rolling mills in plastic working of iron and steel strip, nonferrous metals strip. But the frequent bearing accident reduce the mill starts, increase the production cost and reduce the product quality. To achieve the purpose of prolong life of bearing, many scholars carry out a series of theoretical and experimental research in contact mechanics, lubrication and wear, manufacture, metallurgical materials. Despite of the bearing quality have greatly increased, the life of bearing and work reliability still not has greater improve..The main study object of this paper is bearing located in operating side of work-roll in finishing mill group of 2050CVC 4-hmills, according to the characteristics of its structure and loads, research has been done on four row cylinder roller bearing, 2-D and 3-D FEM contact models and boundary element models are established. Through the calculate contrast of three models, researched in different methods of bearing load analysis.Firstly, take FCD76108400 type bearing as an example, the roller that under the maximum load value is analyzed, maximum contact stress of two models are got from the analysis of elastic beam element and roller . Use of rolling bearings Hertz contact theory calculation, get the analytic solution of contact stress value. Making comparison between values above and Hertz theory .Verify the feasibility of using beam element for analysis of contact stress of bearing.Secondly, using boundary element method to analysis 3d load distribution of 2050CVC rolling mill working bearing , getting the radial load distributions in different boundary conditions under the condition that the roller is replaced by the plastic plate element, the life of bearing under various load distributions is evaluated. Then, respectively by a roller and beam element for processing method, using the finite element software calculate the axial section load distribution of composite bearing and gain the maximum value and the load distribution rule. In addition, using the finite element for three-dimensional analysis in working roll combination bearing of 2050CVC rolling mill, getting its 3d load distribution rule.Lastly, through three model calculation comparison and calculation results and the measured results contrast, inquired into the good and bad of the difference and method efficiency of the results obtained between different processing methods. Analyzed the accuracy and believe of boundary element and finite element methods.
