This thesis describes a new type of organic dye molecules design and synthesis . Currently, most of the organic dye solar cells are similar to the D-π-A structure, we survey a variety of different structures in the organic dye, select the Michler's Ketone derivatives as the backbone to build our new dye, which We have designed and synthesized nine new dyes. Michler's Ketone structure containing two nitrogen-containing electron donor groups, with a stronger providing electron capacity. This article describes this new sensitizer dyes synthetic routes and methods.Chapter one: in this section, a brief introduction of the solar cells was given, and we focus on the dye-sensitized solar cell working principle and structure.Chapter two: we introduces the dye-sensitized state of development agents, mainly on organic dye-sensitized cells of cyanine dyes and merocyanine dyes, coumarin dyes, polyene dyes, indocyanine dyes such Dyes progress.In the third chapter we put forward our ideas and design objectives of the product and synthetic routesIn the fourth chapter we describe the specific intermediates, dye precursors, the synthesis of target products.
