Urban sewage treatment plant is an important part of the city infrastructure, and is also the key link of urban water pollution control. Because of the huge cost by the construction and operation, and there are various factors restrict and influence it, among which optimization of the process scheme is the key factors to sure the operating performance and reduce project cost, operation cost. It is necessary to determine the water quality objectives and the general principles and according to the conception from the whole optimization. Combine the design scale, water features and local actual condition and request. Consult development tendency and choose the advanced technology, the feasible, economic and reasonable process scheme. And through comprehensive technical and economic comparison choose the best overall process scheme.Although in general urban sewage water, water requirements of urban sewage treatment to secondary standard, but because of the county town located in the HuaiHe river upstream area, the CODcr, NH3-N are higher in surface water. So from the point of view to protect the local environment and surface of the HuaiHe river pollution control target of this project, the sewage treatment plants should have certain denitrification function. According to the characteristics of the engineering, choose the Orbal oxidation ditch method and the anoxic/aerobic (A/O) method two solutions. Integrated compare two scheme, the index of the Orbal oxidation ditch process operation is stable and reliable, and have many mature operation experiences. Its process structures and equipment and pipeline are less than the anoxic/aerobic (A/O) method, and thus relatively minor accidents, less maintenance cost. Its impact resistant capacity is better than the anoxic/aerobic (A/O) method. In the area is a little more than the anoxic/aerobic (A/O) method. Point restrictive aeration and annular channel design for Orbal oxidation ditch provide conditions for simultaneous nitrification and denitrification (SND). Comprehensive comparison, the Orbal oxidation ditch method in operation management convenient and total investment has obvious advantages in this project selection, so we choose the Orbal oxidation ditch method in this engineering.Sewage treatment process using the Orbal oxidation ditch process, water discharge after treatment into the LiuMaiHe river, and finally into the HuaiHe river basin, the waste slag and the residual biological sludge dewatering by machine enrichment, then sanitary landfills in the landfill. After the completion of the project will avoid urban sewage of groundwater pollution, protect groundwater resources, and the sustainable utilization of water resources provides the reliable guarantee for the sustainable development of social economy.
