Energy is power of national economic development, and environmental protection has become the core of human society sustainable development strategies. Now most of the energy conversion is achieved through hot machines, which have inefficient heat engine, a large amount of dust, carbon dioxide, noise and other pollution, it is a serious threat to the survival of the human environment. Solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) is generating device which transforms fossil fuel gas'chemical energy into electrical energy. Because of its advantages of high energy conversion efficiency, clean, no noise, pollution-free, it has become a hot research and development in the world.PEN (Positive-Electrolyte-Negative), key component of SOFC electrode, has been the focus of the study at home and abroad. In this paper, plasma spraying - laser remelting complex process is put forward, In order to solve the problem of matrix material's deformation under high temperature, anode and cathode required 20 ~ 30% porosity and dense electrolyte layer, some researches were carried out, the main research contents are following:PEN is supported by the anode, support body is the basis for follow steps, However, serious crack and deformation of the anode body during the process of plasma spraying in the previous experiments, through a series of tests, we found the areal density of support is the main influencing factor, high areal density of nickel net has a good ability of resistive thermal shock and thermal deformation, through pressing, its thickness is 200um, aperture is reduced to 160um, It can be directly spayed anode materials without previous sealing process, melted Ni-YSZ anode material of the nickel powder fills the gap of the net, saving a great deal of preparation time for the sealing process, solving problem of the deformation and crack of net and deposition of nickel particles, and porosity of the anode can also fill the SOFC request.In order to solve the problem of not dense of electrolyte layer through atmospheric plasma spraying, this paper put forward plasma spraying-laser remelting complex process firstly, combined with robotic digital prototyping, and explored the problem of density of flat PEN electrolyte. First of all, Prepare anode layer and electrolyte layer with atmospheric plasma spraying, and then laser remelting technology enables dense layer of electrolyte, and then spray the cathode layer on the electrolyte layer. It is not only expediently control the volume of powder and powder coating thickness, but also can substantially reduce production cost and the preparation cycle.
