Southwest Gas is the first and the largest gas field in china, which accounted for sulfur content of 24% gas reservoir. For instance, Eastern Sichuan gas field is a high sulfur gas-field, the H2S content of up to 18% and there is no condensate oil in the output gas. The gas-field pipelines are in poor corrosion conditions. At present, we do not have much mining experience of domestic high-sulfur gas field, and there is no specifically technics for this condition. In recent years, as the petrochemical industry developed rapidly, exploitation of oil and gas fields increased, how to ensure the production of safe and effective has become an important issue.In this paper, we developed YS, BD and KL three series of H2S/CO2 hyperconcentrated Corrosion Inhibitors. By using weight-lose method of atmospheric pressure and high pressure conditions, these three series of corrosion inhibitor were evaluated both in corrosion rate and surface behavior. And we also compared these three kinds of corrosion inhibitor with a commercial corrosion inhibitor PG series, which has already been used in PuGuang gas-field. In addition, we researched the mechanism of corrosion inhibition by study the polarization curves, electrochemical impedance spectrum and rotating cylinder electrode behavior. the methods and conclusions of this thesis respectively as follows:1. KL Series inhibitors are effective inhibitor according to the high H2S/CO2 condition;2.KL Series inhibit are Anode-based hybrid inhibit, Adsorption of membrane-type corrosion inhibitor, the mechanism of which is negative catalytic mechanism.3.This paper also proposed that monitor the corrosion potential of the rotating cylinder electrode could be used as a new method of initial screening of corrosion inhibitors.
