In recent years, the worldwide poisoning incidents caused by food safety problemsoccur frequently, Among these issues, the "Clenbuterol Incident" frequently occurred isso serious across the country. Therefore, searching a real-time online detection methodfor national food safety has a very important significance.The article introduced the hazards and physicochemical properties of clenbuterol, R-G theory of photoacoustic spectroscopy, normalization principle of photoacousticspectroscopy, the interference problems in photoacoustic detection, wavelet noise andERA/DC identification algorithm, the choose of light source, chopper, interference filterand the important questions relay on the design of photoacoustic pool, it also designedsample made system and photoacoustic detection system. Established a mathematicalmodel of photoacoustic spectroscopy which can detected clenbuterol.The received signal is often accompanied by a certain amount of noise, it needs touse an algorithm for signal processing. ERA/DC constructed using a related technologiesthat use impulse response data to structure hankel matrix, it has an inhibitory effect forwhite Noise in the signal, but actually, there are many kinds of noise, in addition to thewhite noise it also includes drift noise, sharp pulse noise and so on. In order tocompensate for this deficiency, it use wavelet transform to denoising first, and use theERA/DC to identify, then it can obtain a better noise-canceling effect, it’s good toexperimental data obtained, linear fitting, weighted, error analysis, etc. It is the mostimportant part of the experiment.After Signal Processing, it processed the experimental date in the way of linear fitand calculated the numerical of correlation coefficient. Compared with the UVspectroscopy, it proved the advantage of photoacoustic spectroscopy in the aspect ofdetection. The study of the theory lay a steady theoretical foundation for the developmentof clenbuterol detection spectrometer in the future.
