Our country stores a large number of high phosphorus hematite, but the phosphoruscontent beyond the national standards of iron ore and the ore cannot be used directly. Thetraditional method of beneficiation, chemical, reduction, microwave and microorganismcannot effectively reduce the phosphorus content, so the method of sintering processdephosphorization is proposed. Analyze the occurrence of phosphorus in high phosphorushematite ore, combine with thermodynamic analysis software HSC and research the effectof dephosphorization agent, alkalinity and fuel types on gasification dephosphorization bymicro sintering experiment method. The conclusions are as follows:1) Hematite is the main iron mineral of high phosphorus hematite ore, chlorite, apatite,quartz and dolomite are mainly gangue. Phosphorus exist in the collophane and chloriterock, apatite is the main phosphate rock, phosphate rock and iron exists in the ooliticstructure.2) Through HSC software calculation, the main dephosphorization reagents are SiO2,SiC, SiC+Na2CO3,SiC+Na2SO4and CaCl2.3) Under1300℃, adding SiO2as the dephosphorization agent, the best amount is1.41%, the dephosphorization rate is14.66%. Under900℃,adding SiC+Na2SO4as thedephosphorization agent, the best proportion of SiC: Na2SO4is1.17:1, SiC is1.57%,Na2SO4is1.34%, dephosphorization rate is16.54%. Under900℃adding CaCl2asdephosphorization agent the best addition amount is1.31%, the dephosphorization rate is17.21%. Analyzing the effect of dephosphorization agent on the dephosphorization ratio,the SiC+Na2SO4is the optimum dephosphorizing agent.4) The best basicity of adding SiO2as the dephosphorization agent is below1.2. Thebest basicity of adding SiC+Na2SO4is1.6. The best basicity of adding CaCl2is about1.2.Volatile of fuel influence the rate of gasification dephosphorization, bituminous coal is thebest kind, the dephosphorization rate is10.57%, the best carbon content is4%.Through researching the influence of dephosphorization agent for gasificationdephosphorization, provide the basis for practical production.
