The traditional wastewater aerobic biological treatment technology is at the cost of alarge amount of energy of dissolved oxygen, and it is necessary to sustain the microbesbecause of huge energy consumption, dealing with inefficient so drawbacks graduallycome up. However anaerobic biological treatment technology has many characteristics,such as low energy consumption, less sludge production, and produce biological energysource, become a clear research direction of sewage treatment technologies trend.The subject adopts micro oxygen EGSB process combined with steel slag filtermethod, the front with micro oxygen EGSB process simulation of sewage (to explore thebest velocity), the water through the packing of steel slag ceramsite biological filter, ithas certain adsorption of phosphorus removal and achieve the goal of removingphosphorus removal.The topic uses experimental device to improve the EGSB reactor, the EGSB reactoroutlet connection steel slag biological filter. Test of the sludge is municipal sewage plantsludge, taking from a sewage plant in the east of Tangshan city. Experiment simulatedsewage water, carbon source is sucrose, beer and sodium acetate, Nitrogen source isammonium chloride and phosphorus source of potassium dihydrogen phosphate. Materialof steel slag biological filler is artificial ceramsite filter material, using Tangshan steelslag and kaolin (clay), starch (pore-forming agent) as raw material, the best ratio of steelslag, clay, starch as5:2:1, sintering temperature is1100℃, under the condition ofsintering time of0.5h made pherical ceramsite3~5mm diameter.The micro oxygen in oxygen EGSB reactor was0.22~0.28gO2/d, hydraulic retentiontime is6~8h, reflux ratio of7~9, the rising velocity of3.7~4.3m/h, MLSS is11~16g/Ldo best operation conditions, two levels of the granular sludge reactor basically form arelatively complete system of microorganisms, microbial phase is rich. After series ofsteel slag ceramsite biological filter, average removal rate of TP is82%, the water contentof TP in0.1mg/L~1.0mg/L. Average of TN removal rate was84%, effluent TN content is2.5~6.8mg/L. On the average COD removal rate was63%, the effluent COD content in12~27mg/L, meet the first class B GB18918-2002standard. Ceramsite steel slag on thesurface of biofilm formation, the biofilm with stability and good biological systems toeffect of carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus are mainly composed of adsorption andchemical precipitation effect.
