Low-permeability fracturing is one of the important measures to increase production of oil and gas fields. It is the performance of a direct impact on the success of the fracturing fluid fracturing or not. Conventional polymer fracturing fluid and existing cationic clean fracturing fluid basically meet the construction requirements of the scene, but there are still some deficiencies that have not been resolved. In this paper, we are analysis the inadequacies of traditional cationic polymer fracturing fluid and clean fracturing fluid after collecting information and laboratory analysis conducted research Anion clean fracturing fluid. Laboratory homemade anionic surfactant-based agent, for each component is preferably carried out using a control variable method, to determine the best recipe Anion clean fracturing fluid is: XSY-1 content of 3%, the content of the counter ion salt is 3%, Na OH content of 0.5%, the content of EDTA is 0.3%.Secondly, we analysis the influencing factors of the Anion clean fracturing fluid and indoor performance evaluation results show that the system after the shear conditions under 170-1, 80 ℃ 30 min, viscosity up 95 m Paï¹'s or more; when the temperature rises to above 100 ℃, the viscosity can be maintained in 45 m Paï¹'s or so, the system has good viscoelastic, and small friction, sand-carrying ability, without cross-linking agents, other chemical additives such as breakers, small formation damage, well stimulation of significant features.Finally, we have chosen Yanchang oilfield and Changqing oilfield to fracturing, after construction, Daily liquid production and Daily oil production compared with the previous fracturing both increased about 2-fold, indicating that the applications of Anion clean ballast crack at Yanchang oilfield and Changqing oil field get good results.
