In recent years, local fog weather is more and more frequent. One of the important causes of haze weather is PM2.5, the VOC (volatile organic compounds) emissions accounted for 21%, and about 18% of VOC emissions produced by Solvent-based inks. Compared with traditional solvent resin, water-based resin can greatly reduce VOC emissions. Special water-based ink is the special product in water-based ink. The water-based resin material has special requirements in high flexibility, tensile resistance, abrasion resistance, water resistance and adhesion resistance, and these properties with acrylic resin is difficult to achieve. To meet the special requirements of water-based ink, this paper synthesized a series of water-based resin connection material, plastic printing ink and conductive ink. Therefore, several jobs have been carried out in this paper.(1) Waterborne polyurethane prepolymers had been made by the main raw material of polyether glycol and isophorone diisocyanate, Dimethylolpropionic acid and trimethylolpropane. In the process of the water dispersible waterborne polyurethane has been made through chain extender. The experimental researched the R value (NCO/OH mole ratio) on the properties of waterborne polyurethane. At the same time, we the effect of trimethylolpropane content on the emulsion phase transition point, water resistance, mechanical properties of polyurethane film. Study showed that when the R value is 1.8, TMP content is 1.8%, the emulsion had best comprehensive performance-emulsion appearance is translucent with blue light, solid content is as high as 40%, low viscosity to 9~13 s; polyurethane film adhesion resistance reaches at level 0, elongation break was 400%, bibulous rate was reduced to 3.2%.(2) Due to some insufficient of waterborne polyacrylate emulsion including poor water resistance, low flexibility and stretchability, poor adhesion on the surface of plastic, we developed and water-based plastic ink. The water-based touch ink which is made by our synthetic water-based connection, extinction emulsion and additives is suitable for the leatherette paper printing, the coating not only feels soft, good folding resistance and high adhesion resistance, but also good water resistance and good colors. At the same time, the waterborne PE plastic ink adhesion on PE plastic substrate to 0 level, which can achieve the performance of similar foreign products.(3) At present metal powder and oxide are mainly conductive filler in antistatic ink. But these metals are easy oxidized in water system, and the suitable metal, for example graphene and carbon nanotubes are too expensive. Simply using low-cost graphite as conductive filler, the dosage is too high which lead to poor stability and high viscosity of water-based ink. To solve this problem, this paper use graphite silver plated to improve the performance of graphite conductive, with mixture homemade water-based polyurethane to make water-based anti static plastic ink. We studied the amount of silver plating on the influence of graphite conductive, at the same time, different silver, graphite content on the conductivity, stability, adhesion and other comprehensive performance had been explored. When the amount of silver plating is 25%, silver plating graphite in water-based ink usage can be reduced to 11%, the surface resistance was reduced to less than 106ft,Experimental showed that when the graphite content above 17%, the surface resistance was reduced to less than 109Ω, but the performance of ink adhesion, water resistance, folding resistance and stability were significantly lower that couldn’t conform to the requirements of the antistatic ink.We used 25% silver plated graphite to improve the conductivity of pure graphite, the content of silver plating graphite in ink reduced to 11%, at the same time, the eoating surface resistance as low as 106Ω. It has best comprehensive performance.
