The fabric finishing agents of silicone modified with different functional groups can offer different properties in the finishing process. Amino silicone can increase silky feel of the fabric, but let fabric become yellow easily; polyether silicone can increase hydrophilic and antistatic properties but with low of cloud point; carboxyl silicone can not only give the feel like linen but also increase hydrophilic, but it may affect the dyeing.The monofunctional silicone finishing agent can’t meet the new development of the market and the industry today.Therefore it’s now necessary to develop silicone finishing agent with functions diversified.These fabric finishing agent are able to impact fiber surface, because varieties of film are formed on fiber surface. Therefore, the superamolecular is obtained by electrostatic interaction with quaternary ammonium polyether silicone and carboxyl modified polyether silicone. And the superamolecular film based on silicon and fabric fiber surface are studied, and possible film forming mechanism are also proposed in our research.(1) Preparation and Performance of polyether silicone quaternary ammoniumThree kinds of novel polyether silicone quaternary ammonium salt,such as terminated silicone quaternary ammonium salt(α,ω-QPES), side-chain polyether silicone quaternary ammonium salt(s-QPES), polyether silicone star season ammonium salt(c-QPES), were prepared with triethanolamine(TEOA)and Epoxy polyether silicone witch was prepared by the hydrosilylation between Hydrogen silicone(α,ω-PHMS, s-PHMS) or hydrogen silicone alkly(D4H) and an unsaturated double bond-containing epoxy polyethers(APEE). The chemical structure is characterized by IR, 1H-NMR. The polyether chain length and the number of amino impact on the application performance and washing performance were examined. The results show that, APEE with averagemolecular weight of 550, epoxy group and amino group amount of substance ratio of 1 : 1 is the best, and the clothes are preferably washable.(2) Preparation and Performance of maleic anhydride-modified polyether amino siliconMaleic anhydride-modified amino silicone polyether(MPES) was prepared with maleic anhydride(MAn) and Epoxy polyether silicone witch was prepared with polyether amines(ED) and Epoxy silicone witch was prepared by the hydrosilylation between Hydrogen silicone(PHMS) and allyl ether(AGE). The chemical structure is characterized by IR, 1H-NMR. The impact of polyether chain length and number of Maleic anhydride on the application performance and washing performance were examined, the results show that the polyether amine with average molecular weight of 600, maleic anhydride with amino amount of substance ratio of 1 : 1 is the best.(3) Research and Application Performance of supramolecular film based on s-QPES/MAn- BPEASSupramolecular film was obtained on the surface of fabric fiber and silicon with s-QPES and MPES through electrostatic self-assembly. The film morphology was studied and found that film on silicon with s-QPES/MPES is smoother than the film on silicon with s-QPES. Fiber surface was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), suggesting that film of s-QPES/MPES is smoother than others. In addition, the application performance of s-QPES/MPES was studied and found that : when the quality of s-QPES with MPES ratio of 1:1, the application performance of s-QPES/MPES is the best.
