Chitosan is a abundant and renewable carbohydrate in nature. However, it is a challenge that the application of chitosan is limited, duing to its inefficient dissolution in many common solvents.The ionic liquid is a new type of green solvents which has been founed and developed in recent years, ionic liquids exhibit unique physicochemical properties such as broad solubility, high chemical stability, high thermal stability, good electrochemical performance and structure of adjustable. As a green solvent, ionic liquid has been paid more and more attention.Three kinds of ionic liquids([Glu]Cl, [Gly]Cl and [Ser]Cl) were synthesized in this article and analysised by TGA and DTG. The results show that from 265 ℃to 340℃, the chitosan degradated severely, and the maximum weight loss temperature is 300℃. At the same time, the maximum weight loss temperature of the chitosan dissolved by three ionic liquids is 223℃, 226℃ and 228℃ respectively, which indicated that the thermal stability of raw chitosan is higher than that chitosan dissolved by ionic liquids. And the highest thermal stability of chitosan is dissolved by the [Ser]Cl. The molecular weight of chitosan dissolved by the [Glu]Cl decreased by 56.60% compared with the raw material chitosan, the deacelation degree increased, which indicated that the hydrolysis and deacetylation reaction has been happened during the amino acid ionic liquid solution of chitosan. Infrared spectrum analysis showed that chitosan sugar chain structure did not change dissolved by the amino acid ionic liquid. The result of scanning electron microscopic observation showed that the molecular structure regularity of sugar chain reduced.The method of colony diameter determination and the microcalorimetric method have been used to study the antifungal property to the banana anthracnose pathogen of three amino acid ionic liquid([Glu]Cl, [Gly]Cl, [Ser]Cl) and chitosan dissolved by the glutamic ionic liquid. The results showed that the inhibition rate was 89.43%,74.97% and 70.27% respectively, in situ thermal dynamic curve of the growth metabolism of anthracnose pathogen showed that the quantity change of treatment group reduced compared with the control group, the growth rate of the treatment group and the control group is 0.3×10-5 and 9.0×10-5 respectively. Further experiments were carried out to study the antifungal activity of chitosan [Glu]Cl solution, the results showed that the chitosan glutamic ionic liquid has the inhibitory effect on the banana anthracnose pathogen, the inhibitory rate was 44.07%.
