In the wearing process, the sealed shoe cavity is easy to cause the growth of germs in the foot skin, which leads to infections of the foot skin and causes the foot diseases. Therefore, the antimicrobial agent owing good performance and green and antimicrobial shoe material need to be researched. However,throughout the domestic and foreign research progress of antibacterial shoe material, the methods were for textiles, and for other shoe material(natural leather, synthetic leather, etc.) than fabric, the research was less. In addition,antimicrobial properties were unitary, most only had bacterial resistance, which did not conform to antibacterial demand of the shoe cavity environment.Given this, the antibacterial microcapsules owing antifungal and antibacterial properties were prepared by using the microcapsule technology,then were finished on the shoe lining leather substrate. It preliminary implemented the change from textile to synthetic leather in the direction of antibacterial material, improved the micro climate environment of shoe cavity,reduced the microorganisms?harm to human body, met the needs of antibacterial health shoe of people, and increased the added value of the shoe.Firstly, water-soluble chitosan was prepared by adopting the method of oxidative degradation and using chitosan and hydrogen peroxide as raw materials. According to the change of molecular weight of chitosan, the process conditions of degradation of chitosan were optimized by using the method of single factor. The results were that degradation time was 5 hours, acetic acid concentration was 3%, 30% Hydrogen peroxide concentration was 3m L,degradation temperature was 50℃ and degradation p H was 5. GPC test results showed that the weight-average molecular weight of water soluble chitosan was2938 which was prepared under these conditions, polydispersity index was 1.48,which can be used in the preparation of anti-bacterial microcapsules.Secondly, the degradation of chitosan and the gum acabic were used as the capsule of the microcapsule, terbinafine hydrochloride cream was used as thecore material of the microcapsule. According to complex coacervation, the anti-bacterial microcapsules were prepared. The particle size, the encapsulation rate, the drug-loading rate and the yield were used as optimizing index, the preparation conditions were optimized preliminary by using single factor experiment. Then, MIC was used as optimizing index, the best preparation conditions were got by using the orthogonal experiment. The best preparation conditions were that the core-wall ratio was 2:1, the quality density of chitosan was 2.5%, the wall-wall(chitosan/gum acabic) ratio was 1:5, the p H was 4.75,the reaction temperature was 45℃, the rotate speed was 450r/min, the reaction time was 35 minutes. The results proved that the microcapsules?volume average particle size was 2.952μm prepared under the best preparation conditions, the consistency was 0.811, the drug-loading rate was 80.4%, the encapsulation rate was 96.67% and the yield was 82.16%, MIC to staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli, red hair versicolor bacterium and candida albicans were 0.5%,1.4%, 0.8%, 0.9%.Lastly, the antibacterial microcapsules were finished on the shoe lining leather substrate by padding, and then testing its antimicrobial properties. The results proved that the bacteriostasis rate to staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, red hair versicolor bacterium and candida albicans were 85.06%, 70.56%,79.19% and 76.14% respectively. The test results of Washable and Durable,Resistance to sweat and Wet Rubbing Resistance proved that its bacteriostasis rate to red hair versicolor bacterium and candida albicans still can be not less than 60% after 50 times launderings, dipping in artificial perspiration for 24 h,and wet rubbing for 100 respectively. So the antibacterial shoe lining leather substrate had good durability. Its air permeability was decreased from150000 m L/cm2 ﹒ h to 13902.9m L/cm2 ﹒ h, and its vapor permeability was decreased from 640mg/10cm2﹒24h to 550mg/10cm2﹒24h. The results proved that its air permeability and vapor permeability were slightly down, but still had good air permeability and vapor permeability, which did not affect the normal wearing.
