| The military, our nation’s Great Wall of steel, are distributed in every corner and hold the responsibility for the task, since the special occupation of which makes much more amount of exercise and higher requirements to shoes. The military boots, a kind of necessary equipment when the task comes, which can not only protect foot from hurt, but also meet the ergonomic design, which can also help improve the task completion efficiency since it is more comfortable and effortless when people wear them. Insole as a functional component of shoes, play an important role in the process of wearing.This topic based mattress on the existing police boots and functional insoles, by studying the relationship between material parameters, plantar pressure data, and measure the change of lower limb muscles signal and walking related, with more objective, accurate data in line with the guidance of three dimensional ergonomic insole production, in order to improve the police boots the wearing comfort.The research was consist of four parts. During the first part we chose suitable insole material and volunteers. Measuring the pressure of Foot-ground interface and Foot-shoes interface, the research results showed that the concentration area was forefoot and heel, police boots changed the original pressure. In the second part, we modeled by Geomagic and scanned the standard foot by the three-dimensional scanner, designed the three-dimensional police shoe insoles in professional orthopedic software named Ortho MODEL and Delcam Powershape. In the third part, via three axis engraving machine, we produced the base insole for three-dimensional comfort insoles that owing to NC made by Ortho MILL. And we combined it with the selected silica gel material to create a combined three-dimensional structure comfort military boots insoles. In the forth part, actual experimental on the improved insole was tested. The measurements were carried out strictly according to the experiment scheme. We got the insole plantar pressure data, s EMG data and the subjective comfort to real-timerecord and analyse.The research results showed that:(1) According to ergonomics thenar scanning, we found it that the model design of three-dimensional comfort insole conforms more to the shape of the insole plantar.(2) Compared with the prior insoles, the insoles adding the improved three-dimensional comfort can make the peak plantar pressure and pressure time integral significantly decreased in the process of walking, also, the plantar pressure comfort improvement effect is obvious. Among them, the A1 insole had the most obvious effect that composed by the based pad which was hardness of Shore-A50°, thickness of 5mm and the silicone rubber pad which was hardness of Shore-A28°, thickness of 3mm and improved the stability of walking.(3) Compared to the statistics of s EMG signal obtained that is more stable to wear insoles for muscle movement. Through the time domain and frequency domain analysis of s EMG, it showed that the muscle IEMG, MF was reduced. In order to maintain the original muscle tension of walking that raised less muscle fiber, reduced muscle frequency could be met the requirement. Do the same exercise, three-dimensional insole more effectively to reduce the muscle force value, power frequency, as a result of which made the muscle force concentrated to do the same exercise while the muscle worked less. |
