With the rapid development of industry, environmental pollution began encroaching upon the people’s daily life, pollution of water resources makes our living water in jeopardy. Various sewage discharge make this clear, safe water becoming muddy. Textile dyes and other industrial dyes occupy a large part of the organic component, these organic ingredients pose a great threat to the environment, especially in printing and dyeing wastewater. Dyeing wastewater with a high color, high concentration of organic matter and complex components high salinity, water quality and quantity changes, toxicity, p H changes, temperature changes and other characteristics, has been difficult to handle. This article describes two methods pollutant degradation of organic dyes: ultrasound combined with Ni O / AC and UV combination Ni O / AC degradation of organic dye pollutants.(1)Nano-meter Ni O/AC were prepared by method of sol-gel,then it examines the Ni O capacity on the activated carbon and fastness.The results showed that the factors affecting the fastness of catalyst products order is: the influence of water: ethanol(B) > activated carbon dosage(D)> temperature(A) > surfactant(C), the optimal combination is A1B2C3D1. The influence of various factors on the catalyst product load order is: surfactant(C) > temperature(A) > water: ethanol(B) > activated carbon dosage(D), and they were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microsoft(SEM) and trasmission electron microsoft. The results show that the Ni O is evenly distributed on the activated carbon, no obvious phenomenon of reunion and Ni O spherical. Ni O and Ni appear the XRD patterns 0f Ni O / AC, and the peaks shape as a sharp peak.(2) In this paper uses two combination methods: ultrasound combined with Ni O / AC catalyst degradation and light combined with Ni O / AC catalyst degradation.Using ultrasonic bonding Ni O / AC catalyst degradates direct green, red and methyl orange directly. It uses activated carbon for comparison experiments.It studied the amount of catalyst, the initial concentration, the initial p H value of solution, the initial temperature of the ultrasound and the reaction time. It studied the influence of various factors on the degradation rate. Under the best degradation condition, directly red,directly green, methyl orange were almost completely degradation.(degradation rate:direct green: 100%, direct red: 99.5%, methyl orange: 99.6%)By using the method of light combined with Ni O / AC catalyst to degradate methyl orange and deep yellow acidic media. It uses activated carbon for comparison experiments.Studying on the delivery amount of the catalyst, the initial concentration of the solution, the initial p H of the solution, the reaction time of each factor on the degradation rate.Under the best degradation condition,methyl orange and deep yellow acidic media’s degradation rate were 100% and 99.81%.(3)The preliminary inquiry of mechanism by Ultrasonic, ultraviolet combined Ni O / AC to degradation of methyl orange.
