2 A12 aluminum alloy has been widely used because of its good performance, but the high friction coefficient, poor wear resistance limits its use as a motion component in industry. The preparation of aluminum alloy self-lubricating composite membrane can effectively solve the fatal flaw in aluminum and its alloy. In this paper, first of all, the preparation of composite membrane substrate material process of the experiment has carried on the design of experiment, by micro-arc oxidation process of preparation of porous hard ceramic membrane layer, the wear resistance of ceramic coating increases significantly but membrane layer on the surface of the friction coefficient is higher. Then using rf sputtering in self-lubricating material, introduced the ceramic membrane layer, thus formed in its surface self-lubricating composite membrane.Through the orthogonal experiment to explore the micro-arc oxidation electrolyte composition, the electric parameters and magnetron sputtering process parameters on tribology performance of composite membrane. By means of SEM, XRD, MMW-1 a universal friction and wear testing machine, thickness measuring instrument, the organizational structure of the composite membrane layer, elements, structure, surface morphology are analyzed. Preparation of the self-lubricating composite membrane with better tribological properties layer and friction and wear mechanism of the composite membrane was discussed. The experimental results show that the organizational structure of the micro arc oxidation ceramic membrane mainly depends on the electrolytic liquid system. The film can be obtained better tribological properties in the 10g/L of sodium silicate and sodium phosphate composite electrolyte systems. The film is mainly composed of Al and O elements, it also contains elements of the matrix W do not have the, W elements mainly from micro-arc oxidation electrolyte. The generation of oxide film mainly as stationary phase α-Al3O3 and metastable phase;γ-Al2O3. The addition of sodium tungstate can make the relative increase in the number of α-Al2O3 film is more dense, wear-resisting. The surface morphology of micro arc oxidation ceramic coatings depends mainly onthe selection of electrical parameters. With relatively high frequency and low duty cycle, can get the dense surface, the film is smooth and better tribological properties. When the RF sputtering surface of the ceramic layer of molybdenum disulfide is introduced, the cleanliness of the ceramic composite coating film bonding force greater impact. Many experimental analysis using sputtering power is 100 W,90 min sputtering time, working pressure of 2 Pa comprehensive performance under this experimental condition can be obtained better film.
