Acrylonitrile is an important chemical raw for three synthetic materials. It has an application prospects and high demand in domestic and international. Accompanied by an increase in demanding for acrylonitrile, the treatment of high concentrations and toxic organic in acrylonitrile wastewater became the biggest problem for acrylonitrile production enterprises. Currently, acrylonitrile was prepared mainly used by the ammoxidation of propylene in the industry. It was reported that Acrylonitrile wastewater contains many components, such as acrylonitrile, acetonitrile, hydrogen cyanide, acrolein, acetaldehyde, propionitrile and a large number of oligomers. The compounds in the wastewater are toxic organic pollutants which were difficult to degraded. At present, the primarily treatment of acrylonitrile wastewater in domestic is to burn. The high-temperature exhaust gas generated by burning discharged into the atmosphere directly, not only caused the waste of energy, but also polluted the environment.The treatment and Research Status for Acrylonitrile incineration wastewater in industry were introduced In this paper.based on lots of Chinese and English literatures, We analysed of the main components of acrylonitrile wastewater contained and identified the research scheme. In the project, solid component of polyacrylonitrile was separated from acrylonitrile wastewater. Using the catalytic hydrolysis to hydrolysis polyacrylonitrile, then polymerization, finaly we can got the polyacrylamide or polyacrylic acid polymer material which have a certain molecular weight. The Polyacrylamide obtained can be used as flocculant or water absorbent for sewage treatment and other industries, which was greatly reduced the cost of sewage treatment. the difficulty of treatment for wastewater separated the solid components was greatly reduced, due to the removal of intractable polymer components. Through this method of treatment of Acrylonitrile incineration wastewater, not only reduced the difficulty of treatment, but also avoided secondary pollution caused by burning of waste. And may realize the waste utilization in Acrylonitrile production process.In this paper, the reaction condition of each step was process optimizated. The best process condition was determined by the analysis and comparison of single factor experimental results. Finally, the structures, thermal properties and molecular of polyacrylonitrile and polyacrylamide were spectroscopied. respectively by infrared spectroscopy (IR), simultaneous thermal analysis, elemental analysis, ash content and viscosity test method.
