l.Bsaed on solvent, Bicyclic (AB type) benzoxazine containing primary amine was synthesized by Mannich reaction derived with p-aminophenol, aniline and formaldehyde solution as raw material, phenols containing imide(phthalimide and maleimide) were synthesized from p-aminophenol and anhydride(phthalic anhydride and maleic anhydride). The structure and the thermal performance of the benzoxazine and phenols were confirmed by FT-IR, NMR, DSC and TG. The results showed that, target products were synthesized successfully. The thermal polymerization temperature of benzoxazine was 251℃, the initial decomposition temperature was 345℃, the char yield at 800℃ was 65%, the melting point of phenols containing phthalimide and maleimide were 297℃ and 147℃.2.3 kinds of imide AB-Type benzoxazines were synthesized by amidation reaction in low temperature environment and imidization reaction in high temperature environments with benzoxazine containing primary amine and anhydrides (pyromellitic anhydride, phthalic anhydride and maleic anhydride). The structure and the thermal performance of benzoxazines were confirmed by FT-IR, NMR, DSC and TG. The results showed that, target products were synthesized successfully, the thermal polymerization temperature of benzoxazines were 243℃,229℃ and 220℃, the initial decomposition temperature were 340℃,330℃ and 341℃, the char yieldat 800℃ were 61%,57% and 56%.3.Bsaed on solvent,2 kinds of imide AB-Type benzoxazine were synthesized by Mannich reaction derived with p-aminophenol, formaldehyde solution and phenols containing imide (phthalimide and maleimide) as raw material. The structure and the thermal performance of 2 kinds of benzoxazines were confirmed by FT-IR NMR, DSC and TG. The results showed that, target products were synthesized successfully, the thermal polymerization temperature of benzoxazines were 229℃ and 209℃, the initial decomposition temperature were 300℃ and 353℃, the char yieldat 800℃ were 49% and 56%.4.3 kinds of Benzoxazine/Graphene oxide composites were made by direct mixing (Z and L) and in situ polymerization derived (R) with 2 kinds of Phthalimide AB-Type benzoxazine and graphene oxide(GO). The structure, the morphology and the thermal performance of 3 kinds of composites were confirmed by FT-IR, XRD, DSC, TG and FESEM. The results showed that, it has little effect on the internal structure of the benzoxazines with GO. but the char yield of benzoxazines increased significantly with GO. When the composites with 0.5%-1.0% GO, the char yield at 800℃ of Z, R and L were the highest, they were 79%,64% and 61%.
