Studies On The Total Synthesis Of Isoabietenin A And Deethylibophyllidine

This dissertation is on the studies of syntheses of abietane diterpene Isoabietenin A and alkaloid Deethylibopphyllidine. There are three parts of this dissertation:Chapter 1:The studies on the total synthesis of Aspidospermine and AspidospermidineThe total synthesis of Aspidospermine and Aspidospermidine were reviewed, meanwhile we made some discussions and analyses about the synthesis tactics.Chapter 2:The studies of total synthesis of Isoabietenin AThe progresses in synthesis and the background of this kind of diterpene were briefly described. Then, we designed a concise synthesis strategy utilized the Diels-Alder reaction as the key step to make some exploratory studies about the synthesis of Isoabietenin A.Chapter 3:The studies of total synthesis of DeethylibophyllidineThe previous synthetic strategies of Deethylibophyllidine were described. We designed a strategy contained a one-pot carbonyl reduction/iminium formation/intramolecular conjugate addition reaction as the key step to attempt the studies of total synthesis of (±)-Deethylibophyllidine.
