In recent years, the design and synthesis of supramolecular complexes featuring special structures are not only a hot topic, but also an important theme of coordination chemistry all along.Chemists always focus on designing the justifiable organmic liagands and selecting the rational coordination mode. Owing its rich coordination modes and strong coordination ability, pyrazoles ligand perform well potential applications in biomimicry, fluorescence, catalysis, magnetic materials, gas adsorption and separation, which make it become the hot spot research in supramolecula structural chemistry. In this work, the author selected 4-(1H-Pyrazol-4-yl)-pyridine as the starting point, and synthesized a series of pyrazole ligands with various substituents on 3-, 4-or 5- position of pyrazole and characterize its structure. Also a class of new pyrazole-Pd(II) metal complexes were sucessfully synthesized, and part of the complexes were characterized by X-ray. It makes a foundation of synthesizing new pyrazole ligand and metal complexes and their application in supramolecular chemistry. In this paper, the author selected 4-Picoline, 4-Mercaptopyridine and4-(Chloromethyl) pyridine hydrochloride as starting materials, using modern organic synthesis, choosing the economic and simple route, successfully synthesized seven pyrazole-type ligand with different substituents of better solubility. Meanwhile the ligands characterized by NMR spectroscopy, LC-MS, HRMS, MP and IR to insure the structure, in order to carrying out further.Utilizing the pyrazole’s exo-biden-tate bridging coordination mode, the author synthesis seven new type pyrazole-Pd(II) complexes with the new pyridyl-pyrazole ligands and allylpalladium chloride dimer. And choosing two typical complexes to characterize by X-ray, showing dinuclear metal complexes. Also the author characterized the complexes by NMR spectroscopy, MP IR and EA to insure the structure. And the complexes show better solubility than ligands, which is conducive to the next assemble for big circle complexes.
