With the economic development, pressure on the environment of the whole Bohai Sea coastal region is increasing and ecological environment are constantly worsing. This study selected with the main coastal rivers and large reservoirs into the sea, including the Haihe River, majia Wudi segment, the Yellow River in Dongying and Binzhou in Bridge Reservoir and Xiashan Reservoir. The purpose of the study is to master the water environmental quality of the Bohai Sea kelp land, to analyze its trends, and to identify existing ecological potential environmental problems. The study will develope for the coastal zone policy to provide a scientific basis for environmental protection. Here is the conclude of post-analysis of these three rivers. The water environment quality of the three rivers meet the water quality standards basically. The water quality of the Yellow River is the best.Opposite of Majia river. The water quality of the three rivers in line with deteriorated trend from upstream to downstream. In the monitoring period, concentration of ammonia in the three rivers exceeded the standard serious. The water of Haihe river and Majia river, particularly, meets the Ⅴ water standards. Grain size of sediment of Haihe River and Majia River are dominated by silt. Among them, the Yellow River sediment grain size composition is relatively complex; The Sediment sulfide content of Haihe River have a rising trend from upstream to downstream. But the Majia River and the Yellow River from upstream to downstream is gradually decreased. Higher concentration of TOC has great influence on aquatic organisms. Sediment TP content of three rivers are low and there is no basic ecological toxicity, whereas TN containing relatively high. Especially the Haihe River, the content of each monitoring section belong to a low level in numerical ecotoxic basically. During the monitoring period, the Haihe River Sediment seven kinds of heavy metals by monitoring all exceed the standard. N i, As, Cd in Majia River exceed the standard. The Yellow River’s As and Cd exceed the standard. The potential ecological risk of heavy metals in the sediments of the three rivers have reached a strong level, which is based on Cd as the main risk contribution factors.Comprehensive water quality of two reservoirs emergence exceed the standard in the monitoring period. Comprehensive water quality of Yuqiao reservoir exceed the standard in May and the Xiashan reservoir co mprehensive water quality exceed the standard in August. The concentration of TN, TP keep a state of heavy pollution. CODMn exceed the standard slightly. The two reservoirs are mesotrophic, but the rich eutrophication trend of the water quality is developing. The underlying is more serious than surface water. The fine sand is the main form of reservoir sediment grain size. The TOC content is generally higher in the sediments. Especially the content of TOC in Yuqiao Reservoir. The content of TP in the sediments of reservoirs is low. A high concentration of TN can cause ecological toxicity effect of low level. Reservoir sediment heavy metal potential ecological risk degree are very strong, which takes Cd as the main risk contribution factor, other pollution are As and Pb.Monitoring results show that the nutrient index is the heaviest pollution index in those reservoirs. Because the monitoring of river and reservoir distribution around a large number of villages and farmland. Non-point source pollution is heavy. The main cause of pollution is the rural sewage discharge concentration and untreated sewage discharged into the river. Due to some success the governance of industrial pollution, the organic pollutant index is relatively low.
