Compare to other quantum dots carbon quantum dot has its own uncomparable advantages, such as low cell toxicity, favorable biocompatibility, cheap production cost, mild reaction conditions, easy to large-scale synthesis and functionalization.In this thesis, we took citric acid monohydrate and diethylene Glycol Bis(3-aMinopropyl) Ether as materials, used decomposition method to acquire carbon quantum dot which can emission blue fluorescence under ultraviolet excitation. In the aspect of Biological evaluation of carbon quantum dot, first of all, establish the model of Caco-2 cell, proved that the carbon quantum dots have good permeability, can be used as oral material by the intestinal tract absorption. Secondly, we achieved the biological imaging of carbon quantum dots in vivo and in vitro.Glioma is special in clinical treatment, the effect of EPR, blood-brain barrier and blood-brain tumor barrier, the therapeutic effect on brain glioma is not well enough. Tumor penetrating peptide (RGERPPR), can penetrate the vascular of tumor issues. So we utilized Mal-PEG-NHS as a bridge, linked tumor penetrating peptide and carbon quantum dot toghther. The new nano particles has dual role of biological imaging and targeting to glioma.We constructed the nude mice brain gliomas intracranial transplantation model by U87 cell line.Injected new nano particles by tail vein injection. Removal the brain, made frozen sections, and these sections showed blue fluorescence biological imaging under fluorescence microscope. Successful targeted.
